The works rules

1. Who runs the soap works

These terms govern your use of lathervatworks.com ("Lather Vat Works", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of lathervatworks.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may clock in at the works

Lather Vat Works is meant only for users who are 18 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The froth coins

• Every machine uses virtual coins, given out free of charge.
• Froth coins have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Froth coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the works has no in-app purchases.
• No prize of any real-world value is on offer at the works.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and machine features at any time we need to.

4. Nothing here is real-money gambling

Lather Vat Works neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and the works does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your works locker

• The loft and the bridge, past the open boilers, need a free account. One account per person, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your locker password private, and tell the works office straight away if someone else has used your account.
• You may delete your account whenever you like from the account page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend any locker used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the locker account, not to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Fair use of the works

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability of the works and our liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs the works

These works rules are governed by the law of England and Wales.
